Messenger log in fail on Apple watch

It didn’t work for me actually:/, but When I deleted both apps and first on the phone I signed back in, I chose the “that’s not me” and I needed to sign in with my phone number and password and not with the automatic facebook account. And this helped for a day maybe but now it’s wrong again unfortunately...
