my i phone is disable and asking me to connect to iTunes

you will need to erase your phone using your home computer with iTunes on it by following the directions in this link --> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

If you have been backing up your phone, you can restore you backup after you get back in. If you haven't backed up, your data is gone.
