how to make the background black in Photos (on iMac)

Hi,

Before the last update of macOS I had a black background on Photos. This was good for retouching colors in pictures.

Now the background is white.

How can I switch it back to black?

Go into the System/General preference pane and set the mode to Dark Mode:
