iPhone won’t login to Facebook messenger

for 3 days now I’ve had issues with my iPhone X not logging into Facebook messenger.

the other day I noticed my messages weren’t sending. I logged out of messenger to try and fix it. Now it won’t let me back in. I’ve deleted both Facebook and messenger apps and re downloaded so both are upto date. It’s n it a password issue as it’s letting me back into Facebook just not messenger.

i have tried resetting the network through settings.. still not working.
