Hello! I was wondering if.. is itnormal to have a little dust inside the small gap between the stainless steel edge and the front glass of the iPhone.. and will it affect the resistance to the water, dust etc.? I have an 11 pro and it is 3 weeks old I hope to receive an answer thanks!!

Yes, it should be a perfect fit, without any gap at all.
Contact AppleCare and get it in for inspection. If there are no Apple Stores open nearby, it can be done via parcel post, but you need to contact Apple first and get an authorization number and packing kit.

This means that the display is a bit smaller?? I can even fit a papel sheet!! Is not a 1 milimiter gap is just thick to fit a paper sheet
The photo you attached, is that of the phone in the case, or you took the case off?
A gap between the phone and a plastic protective case is normal. If the gap is between the screen glass and the metal iPhone frame, that is not normal.
There should be no gap there.
If this was not caused by accidental damage, such as a drop, Apple should fix or replace the unit under warranty.
