My emails are gone

HELP! All of my iCloud emails from all of my devices are gone. I have checked every mailbox, the trash, junk, etc. and everything is gone. I did not delete any emails and this is serious because I use this email for work. please help! also, I went on iCloud.com and they are not there either.
