My bluetooth signal is stuttering.

I can listen without problems for a few minutes and then the sound starts to falter. I have a iPhone 8 Plus. I have already returned it to factory settings, but this didn't work. I have also cleared out all network settings, but this also didn't make a difference.

Is there someone with a solution for this?
