Can’t get any notifications from apps

Question

Last days, can’t get any notifications from any apps.

we made all actions with resets, on/off Apple ID, but nothing.

any sticker, sound etc. only when open app - than I see messages.

Which app in particular are you referring to?

Are you saying No notifications at all?

Lock Screen or Unlocked Screen Notifications?

Yes, if saying about all app.

whatsapp, Viber, gmail, telegram, Facebook messenger.

Any sticker, sound or banner.

unlocked screen and locked screen.

from another side: for my friend it looks like the message was undelivered to me. Until I open app on my phone.
