Can’t get any notifications from apps

Last days, can’t get any notifications from any apps.

we made all actions with resets, on/off Apple ID, but nothing.

any sticker, sound etc. only when open app - than I see messages.

Which app in particular are you referring to?

Are you saying No notifications at all?

Lock Screen or Unlocked Screen Notifications?
