How do i recover my old data after reset?

i was requested from customer support to factory reset my data and to disconnect find my iPhone in order to sent the phone to be fixed, i bought a new iPhone and couldn't get my data.

If you remember backing up your data before resetting then you can restore using steps provided in https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT204184

Otherwise you might be able to get some data back by just logging in to iCloud account. https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT208681

sorry, i think i was misunderstood, i had already bought a new phone a while ago and retrieved my data partially (some of data was't recovered), so how to get the rest wasn't recovered data? sorry again for misleading you.
