If your old iPhone is dead and you set up the new one with the same iCloud account that was using from the dead iPhone then all your data will be synced automatically to the new iPhone if you start the new one from an previus iCloud backup , contacts photos videos etc etc

If you don’t have a backup of the data on the old phone, there is nothing you can do to recover it now. If you were syncing content with iCloud, all of that data will be available for you when you sign into your iCloud account on the new phone. That could include contacts, reminders, notes, photos, files in iCloud Drive, and anything else that you may have enabled in the iCloud settings.

I got a new iPhone and put my Apple ID, but my precious photos and contacts were not automatically synced to the new one. How can I do this manually?
