when i connect my iphone to mac itunes suggests me to install a new softaware. but my iphone is on 15.5.5, the newes ios for today. whats the problem?

Ahhh, not sure Sierra can talk to iOS 13.5.5, I think setting iCloud Prefs & logging into icloud.com is the best somethings can do.

Yep, got it. If OS version on your phone higher, than OS version on Mac — you can’t do anything with your phone! You should update your OS X to Catalina to work with. Ohhhhh, I’m wrong. You MUST update your OS X to Catalina, even if you don’t want to and you love current version of OS X, no way, do it. Love Apple (not sure now) :(
What OS is the computer on? Apple has dumped iTunes & broken it up into several other Apps.
