i didn't receive my refund

i had made a purchase of Apple Pencil (MYR549.00) through Apple Store on my iphone, but i have cancel the order on the next. Its has been almost a month and i still did't receive the refund. Early it said that my refund has been process and it will notify me once the refund has been made. But now, the note is no longer there and it said that my order has not been billed. But the amount has been deducted already on the day i made my purchase.

I made my purchase on 13 May 2020 and cancel on the next day

It this normal or I'm the only one facing this issue?
