iTunes keeps asking to verify payment information

ITs keeps telling me to verify my zip code ! And then want me to chose a card I don't want too

HHow do I download apps & update them without filling out the billing information ? .

Ok, this make me crazy, several contacts with support (itunes, apple store, appleid, developer program, and so on). Two days of checks with my Bank and Credit Card company, all is ok but doesn't work, seems that is a problem with CVV2. Waiting 1 day, then insert credit card information using iTunes (not by the appleid website) and magically works... argh!!

Ok so I remember about 1 week ago I spent $10 on some game, and I realized that the gift card I had only had 4 dollars on it so I was thinking "Oh its just a glitch" So just now I got a $25 apple gift card and put it in, then out of nowhere it added $14 and not the $25 that I got so prob there is a credit system now to the iphones/ipads.

I think it has to have a credit card just in case there is something that was not paid or didn't clear and you find out the card does not have any available credit thus it's going to say it's invalid

I'm using my iPhone 6s, every time I purchase something (when I have enough on my credit card) within a game or something, I automatically check my bank balance. It's successfully taken the money out. Days later if I have any less than what I bought in-game on my card (even when it's already taken money out in my balance) I then can't update or download anything later as I apparently have to update my billing info. Because I've made a purchase and haven't paid it off apparently. It's really starting to get on my nerves... if I buy something and then spend all my money then next day - why do I get issues with my Apple ID because I haven't paid? Bruh, I look at my **** bank balance every purchase I make.. why screw me over. It's happened like 5 times within this year now.

Same problem. But fixed the problem. I logged in to iTunes online. Selected payment info and edited. I then enterted the security code for my credit card, and selected done. When it still didn't work, I restarted my Apple TV and tries again. Success. So you also need to reset the device you are using.

What if you don't have a credit card?

You can use a debit card too. You'll never age to get me from your bank. You can't purchase anything with out a credit or debit card..
