delete Siri & Dictation History iOS 13.4.1

Trying to do what was referenced in post..

Would like to delete Siri data in iCloud settings..

but when I..

Settings > Your Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage > Siri > Disable & Delete

nothing happens

Also has the option to delete Siri & Dictation History been removed for iOS 13.4.1 ??
