Could no activate my iPhone 5,I keep getting the message. Your iPhone not be activated because the activation server cannot be reached.

Please I could not activate my iPhone 5 after repaired. Keep getting this message. That your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server cannot be reached. I will connect to iTunes and activate it but when I switched off and on it back it will go back to activate your iPhone
