I have all the updates. How to scan on my MacBook Air?
How can I scan on my new MacBook Air? I was able to on my MacBook Pro but not on my MacBook Air.

Note that if your MacBook Air is new, it would have macOS 10.15.x rather than 10.14 shown in your signature.

The scanner is an HP Envy 4500e Printer Scanner All-in-one series. Don't know if that helps or not. Hope it does. Like
I said earlier it worked very well on my husbands MacBook Pro.
