Dear community,
I've recently been keeping a diary and just a highly frequented mental notes on my 'Notes' app on the MacBook Pro.
This morning I added the new ones and just now they have ALL disappeared.
Does anyone know how to retrieve the lost content?

An answer depends on whether you store your Notes in iCloud, or locally, "On My Mac".
If none of the above helps, keep in mind a quick technique to undo something you immediately regret doing: Edit > Undo. Sometimes it works.
