Time Zone Automatically Changing to the Wrong Timezone

Ever since I updated my iPhone to iOS 13.5.1 the time zone continues to automatically update to the wrong time zone. I have not traveled out of my current time zone in 6 months. I took off the automatic time zone setting but was wondering if this was a known issue?
