What is the web address sent to me when my stolen iphone is turned on?

My phone was stolen a few months back, i turned on the lost mode using find my iphone from the web,

now i got a message saying it was used today, and it gave me a link but the web address is wired to me, wanna make sure it is not a scam;

It is indeed a scam. The sender is attempting to steal your login credentials.
