RLX Tech Iphone battery case

I have purchased this battery case and have nothing good to say about this company. First, the design of the case is not well done. The top of the case is easily dislodged and even easier to lose. I went to the site to replace the top and they wanted a lot of money. the prices they charge for the case vary substantially depending on where you buy it. I bought it at a conference.. $80- You want it on Amazon $200+ I ordered one after a neighbor accidentally dropped mine and it cracked. I don't hold the company responsible for the crack.. it hit cement. what bothers me the most is I ordered another in BLUE and they sent black. When I tried to Call.. oh guess what: you can't speak or chat directly with them. You can only email support. Which took many days before they responded and then they refused to make good on the order. I sent them a picture of the case they sent along with the invoice which clearly stated BLUE.. they wouldn't accept this. They said I had a black one and wanted a picture of both of my cases... (remember the one that cracked). they would NOT replace the case with the correct one even when I offered to return the black one. This company took over 2 months now and still has not resolved my issue. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, nor would I want you to believe that the design of the case is that good, since the top constantly falls off and is not tightly secured. Don't trust this company
