New Ipad pro won’t turn on

I bought an ipad pro, and it won’t turn on at all. Charged overnight, held the sleep/home button for 10 seconds and more, still nothing. Plugged it to macbook, still nothing. What else can I do? It is an older model of ipad but it was sealed when I bought it.
