I've removed all the large files from my icloud, but still it says storage is full

Deleted GBs of Files but iCloud still claims to be Full We got accurate notices that our iCloud storage was nearly full. I deleted about 80 GBs of files from iCloud Drive but 2 weeks later it's still not reflected. We should have more free space than filled at this point. iCloud Storage Issues I have deleted documents directly from iCloud storage and it still shows that my iCloud is full. I have cleared the "recently deleted" files. Once i sign out and sign back in documents that were perviously deleted return. How do I clear my storage?

Do a Get Info on your Hard Drive, what does it report?
