Full screen distortion

I Recently updated my MacBook Air 2015. Everytime I watch videos on Netflix or HBO website, when I click the full screen option it’s distorted while playing. It will play normally for a few seconds, then randomly glitch, to a distorted screen.

The first photo is the “glitched screen” and the second photo is the normal view. Could anyone provide feedback on how to fix this ?

I found that there is workaround.

Change display resolution to 1280x720.

Fullscreen video (iTunes/Netflix/Youtube) back to normal after change.

Hope it works.
