How about try these two things -
1) Force Restart the phone:
- Press and quickly release Volume UP button
- Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
- Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
I think you may have already tried the above but just make sure that you preformed the task correctly. If after Force ReStarting your iPhone things still do not work then-
2) Reset your Network Settings by opening Settings ➔ General ➔ Reset ➔ Reset Network Settings. See if that helps to resolve the issue.
