do all iphone 12 mini hace connectivity issues? or should I return and try another one

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're unable to connect to cellular data, so we'd like to help out. It looks like you've had a chance to review Use 5G with your iPhone. Do you see No Service or Searching when the issue occurs? If so, give the steps in this article a try: If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad.


If you don't see No Service or Searching, try restarting your iPhone. Sometimes this simple step can resolve unexpected behavior. If the issue persists, make sure cellular data is enabled with these steps: View or change cellular data settings on iPhone. It's also a good idea to install the latest iOS version: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, and update your carrier settings: Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad. If you're using a VPN, disable it to see if you notice an improvement.
