Helppp!!!! Can’t find my iPhone 😭

how can I find my iPhone 8? I really can’t find it and I’m pretty sure i forgot to turn on the Find My iPhone in the settings. I also can’t remember where I last placed my iPhone and I’ve been searching everywhere for it in the house but I can’t find it😭😭😭. I hope you can help me with my problem.
