Zwrot pieniędzy za nieistniejące zakupy

Dzień dobry,

trzykrotnie została pobrana mi opłata w kwocie 39,99 za 1. APPLE.COM/BILL 0080044 20/04/07, 2. APPLE.COM/BILL 008004411875 00800 4411875 IRL 2020-05-07, 3. zakup - bez fiz. użycia karty 4874XXXXXXXX2712 APPLE.COM/BILL 008004411875 IE.

Na moim iTunes w płatnościach nigdzie takie kwoty nie widnieją, nic nie kupowałam, dodatkowo nie dostałam na to żadnych potwierdzeń i faktur.

Proszę o wyjaśnienie.
