delete payment method without iphone

My screen had went out on my phone and i had to order a new one. Well i have no clue on how to delete my card off of it since i dont have my phone to do so.

If you can get the phone turn on, try going to iCloud.com/Find using a computer browser to see if you can do the below.

Find My iPhone - Erase your device
