Error pairing Apple Watch after failed updating new watchOS

After failed updating new watchOS and my apple watch was reset. Right now I can’t pairing my Apple Watch to my iPhone XR. It’s stop at this phase. Anyone can help me why ?

Apple Watch keeps unpairing during initial set up I just purchased a new Apple watch series 8 and began to pair it with my iPhone 12. I got past where it is paired and I tell it which wrist I wear the watch on, and it began doing something else that would take a few minutes and then it starts to unpair. apple watch can a series 1 apple watch pair with a se second generation? every time i try to pair i get a notification that i’m not connected to the internet, but i am. my phone is updated to the ios 16.2
