I keep getting a warning about a BestForMacDaemon that dissapears if I hit show in finder. Where is this from?

This is typically from 1 Click PDF, which is actually adware/malware.
MalwareBytes for Mac is a good place to start for removing it. It's free to use and easily removed from its own menu option when you're done with it.
