iPad as secondary screen and camera using sidecar

Can I use the iPad camera while using it as a secondary computer screen with sidecar? For example, using my iPad for video conferencing while also using it as a secondary screen for computer to share computer work, use computer for keyboard. I would like to use my iPad as a secondary screen and the built in camera for video conferencing, since it has a great front camera, instead of my computer. However, I still need the use of my computer for screen sharing to complete powerpoints, word docs, and other interactive features while in a video call.
