late shipping !

on 5/6/2020 I ordered an ipad pro 11', I received a confirmation email about the purchase but the money has not been detected from my account and there is no progress on on the order status page since then.

I needed the ipad before my summer course begin, but it already started :)

I ordered the Apple Pencil and the Folio, they came before the ipad..... what happed to the ipad?
