need a solution for my battery it is the same since I bought and I keep telling them they said its fixed but still the same. As well as, the only solution is to shut it down totally then start it again otherwise it will get overheated and the battery will die.

when I connect it to power and close screen it stop working until I shut it totally and it get overheated
