My iphone has been hacked
there was a message that popped up on my screen not from messages that my iPhone had been hacked from a website. Is it hacked or not

As stated in your other thread, no it has not been hacked. There are literally hundreds of thousands of such messages every day, and every single one of those messages will be a scam.
