iphone 7 no service - is it possible to send for repair?

My iphone 7 is one of the models that have no service issues. Given that most of the Apple stores are closed right now due to COVID, does Apple offer free service to send the device to a repair center? I couldn't see it as an option on the support page.

Any help is appreciated!

iPhone 7 Repair Program for "No Service" Issues. Bangkok Apple Store did not accept my iPhone7 for reparation (I bought my iPhone7 in Japan), even though Apple website stated that "In all cases, your iPhone will be sent to an Apple Repair Center for service" (reference: https://support.apple.com/iphone-7-no-service). Is there any way to get this service?
