2 week ago I bought this iPad Pro 2020. Yesterday I noticed It developed a hairline crack from top to bottom of the screen . Today I took it to Apple service centre And they refused to consider it as manufacturing defect Even it is a single line from Top bottom of screen . Please suggest me way forward

I don't think there is a way forward, as Apple think its most likely been dropped or damaged whilst in your person. Your case may be genuine, but I would expect that the Apple service centers have people come in every day saying their IPad has suddenly developed a cracked screen all by itself....
I raised this matter to higher authority. After verification from HQ technical team they replaced it with new iPad device
Good for you. Now get a good quality case for your iPad as Apple will most assuredly not replace it a second time should you crack the screen again.
