How can I reset my Icloud backup space.

My icloud space is 50GB.

My iPhone reports that it is unable to backup because of not enough space.

I deleted a lot of stuff from my iPhone.

It now has about 30GB full.

How can I delete all the backup from the icloud and start fresh with a full backup?
