Im trying to upload an MP4 video to icloud photo from my PC. It wont work and getting the message "only files in JPEG format can be uploaded". On apples support site it says that MP4 files are accepted among others.
Can anybody help?

ive installed the app and can now copy the files using the explorer. However I would like the photos end videos to be copied directly to a specific photo album. Is that possible and how?
