iPhone vanished from tracking?

I ordered an iPhone SE about two weeks ago and it got into my city last Monday, however it's been stuck at 'Clearance in progress' for a week now after I'd already gotten two out for delivery notifications on two different days. Is my phone even still coming? It hasn't moved or had any kind of update in a week. I'm at the end of my rope.
