not connected

Hi,

I have a pair of Bose headphone QC35II and a new MBA. The headphones say that it's connected to the MBA, the bluetooth shows it's connected but no sound in my ears? I disconnected, reconnected, both, together, separately, rebooted my system, still can't hear a sound in my ears? Any suggestions?
