A card I have removed from Apple Pay keeps reappearing when I set up Wallet on a new device.

I removed a bank card I no longer use (the account is closed) but when I set up Wallet on a new device it reappears. Where can I see what cards are registered in Apple Pay so that I can remove it fully?

The card will drop off eventually. There is no timeframe for that to happen.
