Loss of full color in iPhone 11 Pro Max display

The display of my one-month-old iPhone 11 Pro Max has become black-&-white. The phone has not suffered any damage or mishaps. The phone works flawlessly in every other respect. Has anyone else developed this problem? Does anyone know how to fix this? I hope that sending the phone to Apple for repair is not the only recourse. Thank you for any effective guidance.

Hello,

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Color Filters. Try different settings.
