Hi - I know this topic has been covered many times, but I can’t find an answer regarding thunderbolt 2&3.
I have a 2013 iMac and also a windows laptop with a thunderbolt 3 (usb-c).
can I use the thunderbolt 2-3 adapter and use target display mode to use my iMac as a display for the laptop?

The 2013 iMac is not a display device for Windows computers, and you need to use a separate dedicated display for the laptop because Target Display Mode is designed for Macs only.

Cannot be done, period.
It will only work with an Apple Computer and it has to be running
macOS in order to use the 2013 as a display.
