Forgot code to content restrictions for screen time.

I’m going to try and be as detailed as possible. I only have an iPad. This is what I’m using to post this. I used to know the restrictions code to my iPad and I don’t know it anymore. I know my iPad code, but you need the screen time code to reset it. That means I can’t reset my iPad. I don’t have a computer so I can’t make a backup. Is there possibly anyway that I can get the code back?
