Unless you own one of these Phones, you cannot update to iOS 13.

iPhone 11 Pro
iPhone 11 Pro Max
iPhone XS

iPhone 7
iPhone 7 Plus
iPhone 6s

Unless you own one of these Phones, you cannot update to iOS 13.
