iPhone XR Bluetooth and WiFi

Hi, i am using iphone xr,, from the day i purchased this phone., i am disappointed with one specific issue.. when ever my bluetooth is turned on accidentally or connect to any of my bluetooth device my mobile looses its wifi internet connetion,,,


my 6s and iPad mini2 works perfect but issue remains with iPhone XR..


Note: my internet speed is not slow.. it works with minimum 80mbps speed


can some one solve my issue

There’s clearly something wrong with your phone. First step: Settings/General/Reset - Reset network settings. You will have to reënter Wi-Fi passwords but you will not lose any data. If that doesn’t resolve the problem, read further.


If that happens after resetting network settings either your phone is broken, or there is corruption in the software. Back up your phone—>How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support then restore your phone to factory settings and test it. If that fixes it then restore your backup. If the problem returns you have a software conflict. If the problem occurs after restoring the phone before you restore the backup it’s a hardware problem.
