ECG availability

hello.

i am from saudi arabia a country which has the apple watch ECG feature since last update.

i am currently staying in malaysia, i will be going back to saudi arabia on august. i have bought an apple watch 5 through apple website i believe it was shipped from Singapore.

i cannot use the ecg feature on my watch every time i try to setup it says (the ecg app is not available in your region).

my region for apple id, phone and watch is saudi arabia.

i have two questions:

1- is it possible to use it while i am in malaysia?

2- will i be able to use it once i go back to saudi arabia? or it wont work since the watch was purchased in malaysia?
