Icloud storage $2.99 monthly

Hello, I would like to cancel my icloud storage $2.99 monthly since I bought an iphone 11 last December but hasn’t cancelled yet.

Can someone help me, I was trying to downgrade under settings, manage my storage but it didn’t let me do it.
