Wrong specs results on trade in serial number search parameter

My macbook air serial number search results for trade in, brings out a wrong specs analysis. I mean really wrong. And no means of correction or follow up unless i enter another serial number. which there isn't. I sent an email explaining my situation to the company that deals with the trade in process many moons ago and never heard back. What next?

Was there ever any repair/replacement of major parts such as the logic board? That would possibly explain it.

Other than that, I can't offer any ideas except to have Apple actually check it. Did you contact Apple support - you can start there; see the contact support link in the upper right corner. Or take it to a store if there is one open near you.
