Please help. Need file from OSX 10.7

Running 10.6.8 on mac mini 2011 because of investment in Protools 9 and plugins.

I need a file in the OSX 10.7 system - this file controls the stepping of the CPU which is slower with the 10.6.8 kext.

I'm not an expert but I understand this file does not contain any personal data or settings so there will be no security issue here.

This is where the file is :

/System/Library/Extensions/IOPlatformPluginFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin.kext/Contents/Resources/
